Weight Training & Me
I started weight training as a teen as part of my heptathlon training programme and it was this experience that led me down the path to personal training. I found weight training to be quite transformational in terms of both the physical but also mental benefits. There is nothing quite like feeling strong and capable to take on whatever life throws at you.
