Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Me
I started reluctantly practising yoga over a decade ago whilst an illness prevented me from weight training. I didn’t enjoy it to begin with but before I knew it I was hooked. After about a month of consistent practice my body felt less tense and I noticed this sense of inner calm I’d never experienced before. For me, yoga is a form of moving meditation where you get a chance to really check in with your body and mind.
